The hotel has an excellent central location.
Upon arrival, I experienced a frustrating ordeal at the reception. The staff struggled to locate my reservation, which was disappointing and puzzling. Although they eventually found it, the lack of an apology added to the experience's negativity. Additionally, there were significant issues with my room. I found the restroom unclean and a lamp broken, which should not happen in a decent establishment.

Just a great fit for a short staycation in Brussels with very good value for money. The lobby area was cozy and perfect for winding down with a drink after a long day of exploring the city. Try asking for a room on a higher floor for better views.

The stay was fantastic with a super comfy bed and great shower pressure, really made my nights enjoyable. I loved the free drinks voucher option and the cozy lounge area was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The only tiny hiccup was the WiFi being a bit spotty. 😊

The room was large and the beds were super comfy, which made for a nice sleeping experience. It was also pretty quiet, despite being in a central location. I loved that they had free coffee and water in the lobby too. Just wished the wifi had worked better–we had some issues with that.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family stay lasted four nights in a spacious room that felt slightly outdated. The location was great for exploring, but noise from outside disrupted our sleep. One staff member stood out for being helpful. Future guests should request a quiet room away from the street.

Group getaway worthwhile
Beautiful room, comfy beds and location is a win. They had yummy waffles and fruit pie at breakfast. Plus, I loved how the lobby had free coffee and gummy bears.
It wasn't cheap for what you get but it was okay to go back.
